Felix Frei

Dr. phil.

Felix Frei received his doctor of philosophy degree from the University of Zurich, Switzerland. He is a psychology major with minor degrees in social pe­dagogy and computer sciences. After three years as a research assistant in the department of Applied Psychology at the University of Zurich, he joined the Institute of Work Psychology at the Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich where he was involved in research and teaching activities from 1977 until 1987. From 1984 to 1985 he was also a visiting professor at the Univer­sity of Bremen, Germany. Felix Frei was a lecturer in work and organizational psychology at the Computer Sciences Department of the Federal Technical University in Zurich and also taught at the Univer­sities of Basel, Bern, Bremen and Zurich.

Felix Frei has been a co-founder of AOC since 1987.
